About this property

Beautiful Home with ALL YEAR HEATED Pool & Spa and A/C

3800+- ft² southwest style house. Open kitchen/dining area with wood burning fireplace in the dining room, lr, primary and pool areas. All Televisions have AppleTV and a full house SONOS audio system. Solid wood floors and Saltillo tile along with viga ceilings (exposed tree trunk beams.) The main floor has the Primary bedroom (king bed, fireplace, custom steam shower, walk out to pool). A guest room (king bed) with en-suite bathroom (shower), covered portal (deck), two bedrooms (one with a queen, the other a full bed) and a full bathroom. The home has A/C throughout as well as radiant heat and waterworks fixtures.

Downstairs (1,200 ft) houses a baby grand piano, a gym (2 bikes including a Peloton+, treadmill, weights, etc...) a large flat screen, sitting area, table tennis and massage table. Sleeping area has a king bed . There is a walk-out to the basketball area.

The custom gunite pool and spa has troweled plaster, hand-made tile detail, in-floor cleaning, along with a vacuum and skimmer robot. The pool is secured with an automatic pool cover (key operated for safety.) Heating, filtration and water chemistry are all automated and we have professional pool service throughout the year. We DO NOT charge for heating the pool, which we like to keep at a very comfortable temperature and can adjust as needed. Outside bar has a 10' rear screen projector and an additional 65' flat screen, fridge/freezer, ice maker, infrared heaters, shower, gas/wood fireplace and a wireless retractable awning to shade from the sun (some items off during winter months.)

There is level 2 EV ChargePoint charging station @ no additional cost.
(Home’s power supported by 55 solar panels, PNM Electric as well as natural gas.....)

Complimentary housekeeping M-F (depending on availability) otherwise, prior to, and upon leaving always included.

Our trip was incredible. The host was so accommodating and communicative and the house itself was a dream. The kitchen was so well appointed and the amenities were all thoughtful and perfect. The steam shower made my wife’s trip. It was amazing to truly unwind and spend time with our chosen family. Would 100% book this home again in a heartbeat. Hoping we’ll be back soon!

Fabulous

The place is awesome, the pool is heated and large, there is an outdoor fireplace, the kitchen is well stocked and the owner is friendly and very professional. Indoors and outdoors are well groomed and work well for a 5 bedroom. It's expensive but we have nothing but great experiences and memories.

Amazingly Perfect!

We LOVED this place! The kids would have been happy staying in the pool all day, however we forced them to leave on occasion... Easy access to the downtown area and many local restaurants. Scott was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The home itself was clean and comfortable. We felt very much 'at home' here and can't wait to return. The property itself was very private. Inside the home, the game room was a nice added bonus where we would wind down at night. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing Home

The home was equipped with every amenity imaginable. We chose to stay at the home and cook all meals to keep it simple with 3 young grandchildren. It was perfect. The home provided fresh and sparkling water in refrigerator, condiments, spices, multitudes of dishware, freezer, fully equipped bathrooms, bedrooms, and living space. The outside was amazing and beautifully set up. There was seating from the bar to a large table, and many loungers and seats. There were loads of plastic dishware which was nice as we ate outside a lot. The host included a multitude of towels, swim toys, and even suntan lotion. The pool having an automatic cover made it simple to stay outdoors with young children, plus being a heated, saltwater pool, kept us swimming all day. The covered spa next to the pool was perfect at night for the adults, with jets everywhere. The host provided a book explaining the home and any questions I had, he responded immediately. We had a fantastic, relaxed vacation which was the goal. Perfect choice for us.

Santa Fe Magic!

Fantastic!! An absolutely beautiful property with every amenity imaginable. The amazing photos of the home do not even do it justice. Even with the snow and cold weather, we were able to take advantage of the pool/hot tub and outdoor movie screen. The grounds around the house are meticulously landscaped with water features scattered about. Many unexpected amenities- plumbed coffee maker, radiant heaters in floor, Sonos sound system throughout house and pool area. The welcome binder is very complete with local business contacts and easy instructions for everything. The hosts were very available and accommodating. One of the very best VRBO properties we have experienced!!!

Amazing!

Our extended family of 8 stayed for the week. The house could not have been better for us to gather in. Whether relaxing in the living room with a fire, gathered around the dining table or having a rousing game of basketball in the pool, it could not have been more perfect. Such a beautiful home with every amenity and decorated with taste and flair. Scott was an unbelievable host and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Incredible home!

This home and the owners are wonderful! The pool, hot tub, and outdoor patio area are simply perfect for a getaway with family or friends. Scott is super helpful, generous and responsive. Family Paradise in Santa Fe!

Wow - this home exceeded all our lofty expectations. Our group had a ball enjoying all of the amenities the home had to offer. Kids spent hours entertaining themselves on the basketball court, ping pong table and in the pool while parents enjoyed the outdoor bar and hot tub! The grounds were impeccable and we felt so relaxed from the minute we walked in the door. Key benefits: 1. It's only about ten minutes to any attraction including the plaza, meow wolf and ten thousand waves. 2. The host is extremely friendly and accommodating - and their comprehensive area insights were much appreciated. 3. Cannot imagine a better location to entertain! We definitely hope to visit again.

Great property!

Stayed here with 5 adults and 3 children. The property is super clean and very nice. The owner of the property made sure our trip was perfect and went above and beyond what I expected. The property has 2 master bedrooms, 1 large bedroom that can be split into 2 with a sliding screen and a large basement with a king size bed. The kids stayed in the basement and it worked out perfect. The property is about 5 miles from the plaza and was easy to access. Skiing was about 20 miles away. I would definitely recommend this property and I'm sure we'll be back.

Wonderful Stay, Perfect House

We needed a place that could accommodate 6 people comfortably ranging in age from 11 to 87. Because the needs were so varied this house was perfect in that it provided basketball, swimming and pool for the kids, great sound system setup everywhere and a TV/living room for just relaxing and talking. My kids loved it and the longer we were there the more we appreciated the design. The house had everything we needed and we swam everyday and used it as a jump off point for hiking, going to Los Alamos and downtown Santa Fe which is only 10 minutes away. We also used the BBQ a few of the nights and had a nice relaxing dinner by the pool. The owner was exceptionally responsive to questions and the area is quiet.
