Summary:

Beautiful, Bright condo. Open space with a balcony and amazing pool view.

*3rd floor (must climb stairs)

*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass

*minuets from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.

*1 Queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

* Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony with beautiful pool view.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Pool key is photographed before each stay.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Great Place to Stay!

The condo was super clean and a great place to stay. Its location was close to lots of restaurants, things to do, and places to shop. The beach was just a short distance to drive. The pools were very nice and well kept. Will definitely stay again!

Baseball week at Myrtle Beach

We had a amazing stay at Myrtlewood. It was an easy check in/ check out. It was spacious, accommodating and family friendly. We were also able to take our dog, which was amazing!

Always love to stay at this locations

We really enjoyed our stay and it's easy to get to places. Property owners sometimes need to be careful how they text people who is renting their property because sometimes it doesn't sound friendly and makes you get you should have gone somewhere else

This was a nice property, and everything was clean and in good shape, it was just a little dated. I like that the host stayed in contact with me. The location is perfect as it is centrally located. I'd stay there again.

We had a great stay overall! The location and neighborhood were perfect—safe, quiet, and close to everything we needed. The online listing was very accurate, so there were no surprises upon arrival. Communication with the property manager was excellent—responsive and helpful every step of the way. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the property itself was very clean and well-maintained.My only minor complaint would be the comfort of the beds—they weren’t as comfortable as we’d hoped and made it a bit difficult to get a good night’s sleep. That said, everything else about our stay was wonderful, and I’d definitely consider returning with just a small upgrade in mattress comfort. Thank you for a great experience!

Softball Tourney

We stayed 3 nights for a softball tournament. Condo is convenient to Grand Park, Ned Donkle, and North Myrtle Sports complex. It’s also really close to Broadway for down time. Condo is clean - kitchen has very basic necessities (we didn’t need anything more). Laundry detergent packets provided which was a nice touch. Host is very responsive to messages. Condo grounds and pool area are well kept. We would stay again!

A beautiful condo and great location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Our group consisted of 4 friends and 3 dogs - we had more than enough space in the condo and appreciated the separate bathrooms. Also appreciated was the excellent communication between myself and the host Emily. She was quick at answering any inquiries we had and provided detailed check in and check out instructions which made for a stress free stay. We especially loved the walk out patio with a view, and the pool so close by. The condo itself was in a great location and we found ourselves close to or central to many dog friendly patios and activities. We hope to come back and stay at Emily's beautiful condo in the future and would recommend it to our friends and family as well. Thank you Emily

Very disappointed

We rented this unit because we needed interim housing for a little over three months. The reviews I read were positive, host was responsive and the photos looked nice. Upon arrival we realized the photos misrepresented the actual condition. The walls did not look like they had been painted in fifteen years. The kitchen had very few dishes, glasses and utensils. The master bedroom furniture was beat up, the headboard was falling off of the wall. Mattress had some foam thing that was half on the mattress and couldn’t straighten it because it had plastic sewn in mattress pad. Bed skirt was stained and ripped. Boxspring material was ripped and hitting the floor. The living room sofa/loveseat/dining room chairs were all stained. The dryer did not have a lint vent so socks were getting caught in the lint trap. Cracks in the tiles throughout the unit and some were literally lifting up. Mold on some ceilings. Bathrooms were dated and in rough shape. Closets had carpet which had a horrible odor. In addition we had several issues of things not working which the host addressed in a timely manner. The most important issue was that the smoke detectors did not work which is a life hazard.
