The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.

*2 Queen beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony with beautiful pool view.

*Sheets and linens provided.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Birthday Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We loved enjoying our coffee on the balcony in the mornings. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the complementary laundry detergent came in handy when we forgot ours at home. Location was perfect, quick drive to the beach and everything you need down the street. Highly recommend.

Good Location

Good location especially if you have kids as you are close to the beach and they have a swimming pool. The only downfall was the two bedrooms were on the pool side and it was quite noisy on the weekend.

This property was exactly as advertised. Centrally located for all attractions in Myrtle Beach. Comfortable beds, great outdoor pool, nice deck overlooking a picturesque outdoor area. The property owner was prompt to respond to any inquires. Would definitely stay again!

Location was ideal because it was close to everything without being on top of everyone else. Property manager was very quick at responding to any questions that I had prior to our trip and also during. The only partial mishap that we had is when we got to the apartment we were missing the pool fob and only had 3 of the 6 wristbands, however, I messaged the owner and let her know and she promptly had the wristbands and pool fob sent to us - so technically it was not an actual issue . Very pleased with the service and communication throughout our stay. My family and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

Aside from the super thin walls where you can hear your neighbors every move; also some of the furnishings are old and needs replacement as you as the guest could be liable if they find it broken and you will be assessed a fee for breaking it although it is already in the verge of being broken. Place is great for a weekend getaway, close to pretty much everything including a 5min drive out to the beach is awesome!!! Will definitely stay here once again.

Thank you for writing your feedback but I was surprised that you’ve never contacted me about any issue or missing items! I'm always available for my guests by phone or text and I could have provide you with the missing items immediately and even to order a carpet cleaning specialist as I’ve already had the carpet cleaned recently! I’m pet friendly and I've hosted many families with small children and pets (and you were able to bring your own pet too) so I’m having my carpets cleaned occasionally but there may be old spots that come back and rise above surface, but still I could have ordered another carpet cleaning for you if you just had told me it was necessary for your stay. I don't think it's fair and I’m disappointed from you rating my beautiful home with only 2 stars :-/

Overall a good experience

We had a few setbacks, but they were ultimately fixed. The property was pretty clean, and the check in was super easy. The only problem we had was our bed being broken. You couldn’t sit in the bed without the middle of it dipping all the way to the floor, I contacted Emily and she sent maintenance over, unfortunately, he said he fixed the bed, but he really didn’t. I had to get contact with Emily again, which took a few hours. I was told that the maintenance guy was out of town now. So I ended up need to go to Walmart to buy an air mattress for the night, which she did reimburse me for, but it was still an inconvenience since we had just drove 12 hours and we couldn’t lay down (the other bed and couch were taken by my family) He ended up coming the next day and fixing the bed the right way. Over all the experience was nice and everything was fixed accordingly!

Enjoyed the stay, the condo was nice and clean. Would recommend updating the mattress in the master bedroom, it was a bit loud with any movement.
