This unit is surrounded by shopping, restaurants, entertainment, bars/pubs, and outdoor activities. The list of things you can find within a 10 minute walk will use all the characters I have left to tell you about this cozy place. From spas to antique shopping and everything in between; it's literally on the main cross road. Very near YWCA, fitness centers, walking/biking trails, and wetlands. Enjoy the scene by a brief walk or drive a short distance to enjoy a concert or comedy show. Easy access to I69 and 469 making getting around, in and out of town a breeze. Although it's a busy place it is surrounded by mature neighborhoods with long time residents. The apartment is great but the location makes it spectacular.
There is an open floor plan with full privacy to both bedrooms and bathrooms. Neither bedroom or bathroom can be seen or accessed from the other. It makes a perfect setting for traveling families, friends, or business partners.
The fully equipped kitchen allows for food prep and cooking. Full size appliances include washer and dryer. Each bathroom is furnished with your basic hygiene products. There are also kids hygiene products, diapers, rash cream, and baby wipes.
Of all the things you'll find here we also have a small convenience closet in the front of the apartment where you can purchase small items to get you through that night that you may have left behind. There are also a few sovereign items available. Please enjoy your stay.
