Perfect Location In Fort Wayne

House was ideal for our visit with family. Centrally located between family members. Furniture comfortable, nice kitchen, back yard perfect for our dog. Would rent again on next visit. Nice neighborhood, met some of the neighbors. Liked garage parking. Pleasant host.

Labor Day weekend stay

Overall we were very happy with the property. A few notes for improvement: The location of the smoke detector above the doorway between the kitchen and dining area is problematic. We were unable to use the toaster, oven or cook-top without setting it off. Also, the walk thru door between the garage and back yard is nearly impossible to lock which is uncomfortable since the door between the garage and the house has no lock.
