About this property

Relax in comfort with Smart TVs, internet, and outside patio. Centrally located between Tyler, Jacksonville, Athens and Palestine Lots to do within driving distance of 20 minutes or so. The house is close to HWY 175, some road noise is to be expected however, it is not excessive. You'll be within walking distance of our park, restaurants and boutiques. Some Saturdays there is also a farmer's market There is a one car garage and parking for two additional cars. no street parking but if you need more parking contact Linda. Large unfenced backyard is behind the property.
