Relaxing waterfront cabin in a prime location on Lake Palestine. Come enjoy the East Texas pines on a large lot looking out over the water. Unwind around the fire pit, dine on the open deck or screened porch, and sit on the dock at sunset, or enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony - there are so many places to relax. This beautiful, updated home features large dining & entertaining spaces. Fully stocked kitchen with SS appliances and gorgeous granite counters includes plates, cookware, and utensils all available. Thee is a single ground coffee cup option and larger format Mr. Coffee pot available with 2 small ground coffee packets, some creamer and sweetener to get you started. Enjoy the ping pong table, basketball court, bring your own hammock for our hammock stand, feel free to use our kayaks and paddleboards, and be sure to catch a sunset or sunrise on the dock.

This was a great getaway for a family with older kids. Life jackets were provided, and the kids enjoyed fishing from the covered dock. The s'more fixings were a nice touch!

Absolutely amazing accommodations! We loved our stay so much. The property had everything we needed and more. We loved the chairs on the dock and the fire-pit. The screen porch was a great place for meals and hanging out. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful home on the lake. This was the 2nd time to stay at this property, we celebrated my son's 24th birthday and we will rent here again. The owner was quick to respond with any questions/concerns. We enjoyed S'mores by the firepit and caught a few fish from the dock. Such a beautiful place!

Bullard Lake House

Mom of 3 boys. We have so many wonderful family memories at this home. We come out as often as possible in between the kids crazy extra curricular schedules. I hope you find as much enjoyment here as we do!

Why they chose this property

With such great open spaces and so many places to relax, this is the perfect spot for family and friends. The screened porch is so nice in the rain or to escape mosquitos. The open deck is wonderful for an open air dinner by the grill. The firepit landing is perfect for late night lounging and star gazing and the dock is the SPOT for sunsets. We fell in love with this home right away and have never looked back.

What makes this property unique

This property is in a wonderful spot on the lake - near deep water and the dam- and we would be happy to recommend boat rentals or jet ski rentals as well.
