Our 2,400 sqft. home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped and comfortably sleeps 9. The open-plan living area features large windows that offer breathtaking views of the lake, as well as a comfortable seating area and 2 dining seating areas. Public boat ramp available, driveway allows for boat parking. The sunroom offers a home office area and two cozy loungers. Foam mattresses in each room, plush linens, K-cups, beach towels, 3 kayaks and 1 canoe.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This place was great - good location and water access - lots of family area space - a large portion of the back area is fenced in if you have smaller children - the Granddaughter caught a few catfish and went swimming - plenty of sleeping space - TV in all rooms and a large assortment of games - will be staying here again

We had such an amazing weekend at this property. The house is beautiful and clean with a splendid lake view. The only downside we had with the property was that there were ant hills in the grass when heading to the lake, but that was beyond the backyard fence so I’m guessing that’s probably public space not private space.

The Blue Nest was LOVELY!!! The house is pretty and very comfortable, very well-stocked, and has a great layout! Beautiful big backyard with trees! Lots of room for parking. The host are very communicative. We had a terrific time! The only small issue is the next door neighbors home is a bit rough. But I noticed it was for sale and in fact, think it may have sold. So hopefully new neighbors fix it up! It was not a big deal for us, but it was a bit of a surprise. Other than that, it was PERFECT!!!

We did a family men’s retreat for two nights. This was a great location, close to Tyler and not to far from Dallas. (2 guys from Dallas, the rest from Tyler area)Enjoyed swimming in the lake, grilling, and watching studies and movies in living room. There were 7 of them. Jacob(host) responded quickly to all questions. Check in and check out was very easy! Would definitely use it again.

Don't let the neighborhood maintained distract you!! This home is well maintained and the decor is pleasant, comfortable and makes you feel right at home. The accessories are plentiful and well cared for. The lakeside is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, etc; however, I would be cautious with a deep hull boat as the water is pretty shallow. Enjoy the comfort and tranquility.I encourage you to enjoy this location whether you want tranquility, you’re ready to create memories; and try something new!

We had an outstanding stay and couldn’t have been happier with this property. The home was exceptionally clean upon arrival and smelled fresh and inviting throughout our stay. It was very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably.The host was fantastic to work with, providing excellent communication before and during our visit. Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was seamless.One of our favorite features was the easy access to the water, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the outdoors and take full advantage of the location.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. The property was well-maintained, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations in every way. We honestly have nothing negative to say and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay

The house has been beautifully remodeled and was in a great location. Plenty of space inside and out with a nice dock being built. Jacob was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions. By far one of the best stock places ive stayed with plenty of extra towels, linens, and a stocked kitchen.

This our second time to stay here and it is perfect for us. The house is very well decorated and the layout is perfect. Plenty of everything. We will be back next spring. The neighborhood is very quiet, a little rough in places but nice and quiet.

Perfect Family Getaway in Flint for a Wedding

We had a fantastic stay in Flint, Texas, while attending a family wedding. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, making our arrival and stay seamless. The house was immaculate and equipped with all the amenities we needed, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the beautiful yard and dock area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The spacious kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The Blue Nest was a great stay for our extended family while we were in town for our son’s wedding. The layout of the house was perfect for us and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom on the back of the house. We will caution that the floor has several issues in the main areas which were a tripping hazard for the older grandparents in our group. Two are covered by floor mats so not noticeable until you step in the break. We did enjoy the use of the canoe and the grill. We would highly recommend staying here, just be aware of where you step.
