Beautiful 3bd 2ba POOL Home near 15-20 min from Clearwater FL
Beautiful home in Largo Florida about 15-20 Clearwater Beach. (15-20 min is the average time for us to get there. If you are going on a busy day it will take longer to get there due to traffic.) Take time home away to relax in the comfort of this vacation home and be at ease while you spend time with your family. Peaceful and centrally-located. This home has no neighbor behind it and direct private access to the Pinellas trail which offers miles and miles of uninterrupted biking and running. There is a delicious restaurant just a few blocks away called Latin Bowl. Pool is not heated or caged. Though we have weekly pool service on Tuesdays, we do get leaves falling in there daily. There are some pool toys and an outdoor shower available for use.
Though we offer whole house cooling/heating. Each bedroom also has it's own personal heating / cooling system for individual comfort.

My family and I have been visiting the area for years and love it. When we travel we like to be comfortable and have the basic amenities without having to haul it with us on the plane. This is our home away from home and we hope you love it just as much as we do. We put in a lot of thought into everything and while it may not have everything (impossible to provide without having the feel and look cluttered or having unlimited funds) we always have a great time here visiting family.
Why they chose this property
We love this home and can't wait to share it with you. The pool is our favorite feature. Our kids splash around and play in it for hours.
What makes this property unique
15-20 minutes from Clearwater beach. There is plenty of activities to do nearby. There is no neighbor behind and we have direct and private access to the Pinellas trail which offers miles and miles of uninterrupted biking and running. There is a metal gate that could be unlocked by guests to access the trail. There is also an outdoor shower available for use as well as individual cooling/heating elements in each bedroom.
