Spacious 3BD / 2.5BA three-level townhome, with the top two levels for living space. Bottom level is the laundry area for use during your stay. Guests will be able to spread out and enjoy sitting on the canal front deck and cocktail porch. There is space for a docked boat, up to 23'.

This charming home is located on the Destin Harbor, conveniently close to everything. Enjoy dining at one of the many restaurants at Harbor Walk, like Harry T's or Dewey Destin's. Nice fishing getaway right on the water

Rented the unit as base for fishing from jet skis. Unfortunately a hurricane blew in and we didn't make it to the open ocean, so we fished the bay area. Unit was clean and well represented.

Great location but...

The location is perfect. However, it was marketed as beautiful. All stairs are 2x12 wood, no carpeting just blah. Bathroom exhaust vent above toilet has not been clean. The shower knobs are on backwards. Just felt like everything was thrown together plus the carpet upstairs had stains from bathroom going into bedroom. Its a good location but would never stay again
