Newly Constructed Cozy two-bedroom Basement apartment just five drive minutes to Newark International Airport and very close to Prudential Center, New York City, Newark Penn Station, Weequahic Park and very close to different stores and in a very quiet street. Two bedroom: 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 2nd bedroom with queen size bed with a free laundry on site.. Perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Close to Applebees,Wendys ,Mac Donalds, KFC, Popeyes

Excellent stay

It’s was a great stay, clean and a great spot close everything. The host was very helpful and answered all my questions whether through text or phone call. He also checked to make sure we arrived safely. This is my second stay in one of his properties.

This property was decent for the price . The area outside and around the property was very dirty . Property is NOT on the water as listed in description. The place was clean but did have a lot of ants in the kitchen area.

Honestly, i was disappointed by what was advertised on Expedia.com and what i actually experienced. First of all building is not new as advertised. It's a basement so a tall person will be very restricted by the low ceiling. We bounced our heads on one of beams a number of times. The apartment is in the back of the building which was dirty. The white bath towels which were provided without wash cloths had brown stains which really looked dirty. We had to get new towels and wash cloths from the Family Dollar Store. The apartment has only one door with no other exits in case of emergency. I certainly will not return there and will not recommend it to any one.
