This beautiful brand-new top floor duplex, modern house built in early 2022, is located in the exclusive Islas Del Mar development. It sits close to a gorgeous lagoon and next to renown Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Course.

The upstairs unit has a private entrance, 3 bedrooms, each bedroom is air conditioned, two of the rooms have private bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the Livingroom. It has a large set of sliding doors that welcome you out to the covered patio and a direct access to the pool. The private pool is for exclusive use of the guests during their stay. Perfect to enjoy with family and friends

IMPORTANT NOTE:
*Maintenance worker on-site. He will not interact with you unless you need help with something.
* The tide in this location only comes twice a day. However, the lagoon is always there.

The best of the best

We were super appreciated with this home and the owners this was a clean and gorgeous home. This house was more than what we thought exceeded expectations. We sure will be back again

Great Place

Took my family on a last minute trip to Rocky Point. The place was immaculate and the views were incredible. Having the lagoon in the back with the ocean view from the front were great sunsets and sunrises. We had a issue with the hot water not working and they sent someone over within an hour to fix it. I would highly recomend this place if your looking to relax
