We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The ocean view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The location was perfect — just steps away from the beach, quick walk to restaurants, and local attractions.

Oceanside getaway

Great getaway

Great place to stay. Communication was great. Condo was well kept and maintained. The HOA was very aggressive about not checking in early, we arrived 15 minutes early and were told we had to wait to get the keys. Seemed pretty petty, especially when you've been traveling all day and are ready to get settled.

Ocean breezes and sounds

The grounds are exquisite and meticulous. The water features, pool and hot tub divine. The location of the property to the beach, marina and harbor are perfect. There was ongoing construction and renovation so that was a little annoying. It would helpful to have instructions on some of the specific nuances for that unit. Be aware there are no condiments, I have never been to a rental property that didn't even have salt and pepper.

Great Location, needs some TLC

The location of the condo is great, the complex is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the location, complex, and amenities. The condo itself needed a bit of TLC upon our arrival. The heater in the living room was broken and needed to be fixed. The heater in the second bedroom needs a replacement knob as it can only be turned on with a screw driver. Some of the blinds did not work and need to be replaced. Some were stuck closed for the first couple days and then needed to be taped up or disconnected by the maintenance person to stay open. They had to be left open for the remainder of our stay. These issues were handled in a timely manner once we notified the property and the service was excellent, but the blinds had not been replaced/repaired when we left.
