We went to a concert in Marathon Village and this location was a great space to walk safely to and from the venue. We also walked down to Broadway (a bit of a hike but definitely doable). Loved the space, parking was nice and we had a great trip to Nashville!

Smelled like cat urine and loud AC unit

Walk in and place is very clean and beautiful, but then the cat urine hits you. Walk in to the bedroom and I hear loud air coming from the AC unit, but hey they give you ear plugs beside the bed for you. Hot water last about 10-15 minutes. Public housing across the street and heard them yelling most of the night. Other than that, the place is beautiful.
