This place was ok for the price. It's located in a little rougher side of town, but not so bad. It is close to the interstate and a major road. Fast food and grocery stores (10 to 15 min)
Everything was great and cozy, the only issue we had was that the TV remote drained batteries crazy fast for some reason, which wasnt even that much of an issue. It was cozy and cute and had all the amenities we needed, it was clean, and the ac worked SO WELL. The drive into downtown was easy! I would absolutely stay again.
This is an interesting and odd little property in an old business office plaza I would guess. The room was clean but could use some fresh rugs and throw blankets and possibly pillows. Things like that just get wear and tear understandably. One of us stayed on the pull out sofa which was fairly comfortable but the mattress/pad probably isn't regularly checked as it had some crumbs and stains on it. The blinds were crumbled and crunched in places which make it feel a bit tacky. The bathroom and kitchen area was well done and overall it was a fine place to stay if you are mostly just sleeping there after going about the city.
I love staying here at this location. Super close to the Nashville area and far enough way to get removed from the hustle& bustle.
We stay two nights and both nights drove into downtown Nashville with no problem.
Plenty of privacy and the bed is super comforting.
Great water pressure.
Know that you're staying in a converted business center office. It may seem a little bit unorthodox at first, but it works.
This is my second time staying in a location like this and I love it.
The stay was nice, everywhere we went was convenient. The place had everything we needed for our 4 night stay for 2. The location was close a few miles from downtown and everywhere else was a short drive. The unit itself was nice, I think it is a business suite turned into a room. Smart idea. I dont know if I'd stay again only because you can hear people next door and upstairs. Im a light sleeper so that woke me. Other than that it was nice.
This was perfect for 3-4 days in Nashville. It’s 5-10 minutes right outside of the city making Uber and Lyfts less than 10 as long as it wasn’t rush hour. The use of space is great and you are around anything you need. The host was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. I will recommend this location to anyone looking for a reasonable price and don’t mind being right outside the actual city.
As we approached the venue, it appeared to be an office building… and at first inside was not as “warm “ and inviting as we thought.( Except for a placed rug in the living room area, the floor is bare concrete) However, we realized that it was very clean and supplied a full sized, FULLY equipped kitchen, we. realized that the price was a bargain. It met our needs for a convention in downtown Nashville…A reasonable quiet area , very nice!
