This 4 story Victorian has views of Lake Agawam on a private, landscaped shy acre. The Main House features 7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths with a lower level containing an additional 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, theater, wet bar & game room. For additional overflow, there is a Guest House that is fully functional with full kitchen and bath. Lovely old world trees, a heated gunite pool and the most sought after location close to the village and ocean.
