Villa #14 offers a two- building featuring one Queen bedroom with a kitchen/bathroom and small living room area. The separate Master Suite building features one king bedroom and one full bathroom. From the stellar location, to the high-end finishing, this Villa is waiting to become the ideal vacation home for you and your family. Whether you are looking for a long-term rental or a weekend getaway, Villa #14 is the perfect choice for guests of all ages. Entertaining friends and family is easy-the Villa come equipped with a Tiki Cabana area with seating for 6, outdoor kitchen, and spacious beachfront patio overlooking the Colorado River. The property sits on 3/4 miles of beach front, with some of the nicest beaches on the Colorado River. The resort offers Club House, Pickle Ball Court, and a Free Water Taxi to Pirates Den Resort. A Western style saloon offers pizza and 15 draft beers on property. The Resort was built in 2015 so the facilities are new. This Villa was built in 2022
