Why they chose this property

We are conveniently located within 3 miles of Moonlight Beach, 2 exits away from the Del Mar Race Track and Legoland. The San Diego airport is a 25 minute drive away neighboring Petco Park, Gaslamp District, Coronado Island, Belmont Park in Mission Beach, Sea World, and The World Famous San Diego Zoo to list a few. If you head a bit north we are 30 miles from Orange County with Dana Point Harbor and a short ferry ride to Catalina Island.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy summer in so-cal with a day at the beach and take a dip in the pool or spa while grilling up your favorite dinner. With La Cantina doors you truly have the indoor/outdoor living experience. Walk to shopping and restaurants and enjoy a bike ride down to the 101 filled with unique shopping and dining experiences and live music. The San Diego Fair comes to town at the end of June into the 4th of July weekend which is 2 exits away at the Del Mar Race Track.
