My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and this condo was a great place to come back to each evening to relax. Easy check in/check out, location was a bit run down but never had any problems or felt unsafe so don't let that discourage you from choosing this place for your stay in Frankfort.
We came in for a few nights to check out the bourbon distilleries in the area. This property served the purpose we were after perfectly as a spot to sleep while we were gone the rest of the time. The location is in an apartment complex filled neighborhood with Frankfort within a five minute drive. The property manager answered questions quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend the place if you have your own vehicle and are spending most of your time on the town.
We drove up for a short visit to visit some of the local distilleries. This location was close to the distilleries and close to downtown to go to dinner. The unit seemed newly renovated and was clean other than a few corners that can use some attention. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Check in and communication went very smoothly. Overall, very good value for the money.
Stayed at this condo for almost a week for National Bourbon Day. The condo itself is nice but the neighborhood I don't think is the greatest. There were some bugs but that is to be expected being June in Kentucky. The couch isn't very comfortable and there could be more utensils in the kitchen but would definitely stay there again.
Convention location, extremely clean - which is my highest priority. Easy departure instructions. Great value. Neighborhood is safe but appearance doesn't initially reflect that. I would stay here again.
Perfect place to stay and easy access to Buffalo Trace.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Run down exterior, everything worked. No AC in bedroom with bedroom door shut. Ceiling fans were dirty and very loud. Room is very bright due to poor mini blinds and no shades. Floor was dirty and bathroom had pubic hairs all over the floor. We were told there would be an oscillating fan in the room, what they brought was disgusting. Ironing board was dirty and iron was full of rusty water.
Accurate to the listing, great price, clean, easy check in/out process, great communication with host. Simple, cozy place that is a good stay for 1-2 people. Cute, cute town! Check out Kentucky CoffeeTree Cafe about 8 min away - yum!
This was a great location to visit distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. Great price and just what we needed for our stay. The king size bed was comfortable. The living space and kitchenette was just right for two people.
Fine place for a short stay while out and about the Frankfort area. Pictures were accurate, and described properly. Do wish that the bathroom had an outlet at the sink, and the bathtub does need to have some anti-slip installed as it could become very slick while showering. I do t know if we would return to this property again, but it suited our purposes for this short stay.
The kitchen and bathroom were just enough for us to get by and the bed was big and comfortable. The instructions for locating the unit and then for unlocking the door were incomplete and caused an unnecessary delay and frustration getting into the unit. The rest was O.K. The price was good and check-out was easy.
Apartment was very clean but ultimately was unable to stay as there was an overwhelming perfume smell that triggered my asthma. I’m not sure if it was the cleaning supplies or residual perfume from the previous renters.
The place was as shown in the pictures. It had everything needed except an ice tray (which was no big deal). It was a great location if you are touring the local distilleries. Would stay here again if in the area.
