The house and location were perfect for our spring training vacation. This house comfortably sleeps six and not eight. The community pool is very nice but not heated and was extremely cold in March. The living room furniture is a little worn as is the backyard furniture. The TV in the primary bedroom is outdated and should be replaced.

Bedroom - King bed (sleeps 2), bedroom 2 queen bed (sleeps 2), bedroom 3 queen bed (sleeps 2). Additionally we have a queen blow up mattress, that if desired can comfortably sleep 2. All of this is clearly advertised in the listing. I appreciate the feedback regarding the furniture, I will stop by the property soon to see it myself. The living room sectional was purchased brand new from Costco about 6 months ago. Either way, I appreciate the feedback and will gladly review it and replace if needed. We thank you for the opportunity to host you and glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great stay in Glendale! Highly recommend

Lovely home in great location. modern new and very clean. Lots of space and fun putting green in backyard. Walked to the beautiful and super clean pool, with plenty of lounge chairs. Many resturants nearby and sporting events. Will stay again!

Very clean. The host left simple instructions and was flexable with check out. Plenty of room and the kitchen was perfect to cook while we stayed, which saved us some money. Location was pefect to the venue that we were going to. I would definitely stay here again.
