I needed an extended stay while I found a more permanent housing solution. This was perfect. The penthouse terrace was the star of the show, it offered a quiet space to enjoy New York.

No air conditioning as listed. Unfortunately summer time in a 5 story walk up needs air conditioning as it claims Host still won’t grant a refund for the 88 days when it was only livable 3 days of heat.
