About this property

The Palm Tree Penthouse

This 2-BR, 2-BA residence is a custom designer decorated delight that will complement the time you spend here relaxing and enjoying the waterfront lifestyle, the spectacular wide water views across the St. Lucie River to the historic downtown Stuart restaurants, retail shoppes, parks and recreation.  The beautiful sandy ocean beaches of Hutchinson are just short drive away.
The Harborage Yacht Club & Marina offers a heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, steam room, sauna and marina. Boat slips are available for rental for vessels up to 120 feet. This is a boat lover's playground.

Harborage Condo Association requires a background check per each occupant over the age of 18. Background check is a cost of $90 per person that will be added to the reservation total. Background check and condo application must be completed and submitted by Water Pointe to the association at least 10 days before move in. A copy of Vehicle Registration and Driver's License must be submitted to Water Pointe with completed application. Once booked, these documents will be sent to tenant to complete.

Utility allowance of $100/month during the off season. (May-November) Tenant is responsible for any overage.

Harborage has one assigned parking spot. Guest parking is very limited.

Property is as advertised and a nice place with the million dollar view.. Some elevator, 3 days without (4th floor) refrigerator leaking, and MBR TV issues, but overall not too bad for a 30 day stay. Some question on checkout damage but, didn't hear outcome yet..??
