We had an amazing time here, the property is beautiful and the house was perfect! Very dog friendly and easy to contact the host Darren! We had everything we needed and tons of space on top of it. Definitely would recommend!!

Darren was an absolutely amazing host and communicated everything we needed to know prior to arrival. Even when we asked about a pack and play since we were traveling with 3 children under 4, he made sure there was one for us. We were visiting Maine because our son had his Chief pinning aboard his ship at Bath Iron Works. The house was spacious enough for everyone and we had a wonderful time celebrating. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very quiet and peaceful. Lovely rustic accomodations! Just what we were looking for. Darren called us before to go over the house which was much appreciated. The kids loved the house and wanted to stay longer.

Our family had a fantastic stay! We rented the home while I was performing at the Maine State Music Theatre, and it was the perfect place to relax after busy days. There were seven of us, including our two grandsons, and the house had plenty of room for everyone. It was spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful setting. We made wonderful family memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!Also plenty of room for our dog to play.

My crew and I travel for work up and down the coast of maine and we rent houses regularly. This is one of our favorite places, if not our favorite. So peaceful, great for dogs. Darren was an excellent host. Great price, great location. We will stay here again. Ignore any bad reviews. Some people shouldn't travel. Thanks again Darren!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was close to everything. We especially enjoyed Popham Beach with our dog. We parked at the fort for free and spent the day along the long dog friendly beach.

Relaxing Getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, amazing property, comfortable beds and a nice-sized kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots & pans. Enjoying my coffee out on the deck each morning with the birds and chipmunks was the best! Hope to visit again!

Beautiful, quiet home with everything you need

The house has a lot of great space and is such an easy drive to Popham, Head beach and Bath or Brunswick. The manager is very kind and helpful. We can't wait to return to this house!

House was perfect for our group of Kayakers. Nice eating for morning and evening meals and trip planning. Comfortable beds, good location for us. Hope to return next year.

Nice and peaceful place.

It's a nice place to spend time with family or friends, very private and quiet area, love the green views from all around the house. We had everything we need to cook our meals. I really recommend this house to stay in.

Wonderful Rustic Retreat

We had an amazing family reunion staying here! Darren was incredibly responsive and accommodating as were the cleaners letting us in early to drop food and dogs off. The property is lovely with a retreat feel. Very quiet and serene. So much space with 5 bedrooms and fabulous community space. The outdoor wrap around deck and gas grill were a huge bonus! Thank you Darren for everything!

Peaceful weekend in Maine

The house was in a great location with close proximity to nearby beaches, as well as Bath, Freeport, and Portland. There was plenty of space to stretch out throughout the large house, and we loved seeing the resident groundhog each morning! The nearby Winnegance restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch.

Family visit to Popham Beach

The stay was great. House smells kind of musty but was otherwise nice. Master bedroom doesn’t have a door, just a curtain. The location is great. The host was attentive.

Comfy stay

A comfy home for a larger group. Facilities were nice, renter note, the only shower/bathtub on lower level. Rental close to Bath Maine and Popham Beach, so short trips were easy throughout the day. Easy grocery shopping about 10 minutes away as well. Property manager called before the stay and communicated about residence in detail, which was greatly appreciated.

Lovely stay!

This was the perfect place for a last minute gathering with my family. The place is very big and feels homey. Darren was extremely nice and attentive to any questions I had about the property. Only thing to note is the photos of the rooms are a little outdated so there isn't a room that has two beds in it like the photos show. Other than that, everything is as described!
