For stays of 14 days or more, we offer optional weekly housekeeping services for a fee of $125. Our team can arrange a convenient cleaning schedule to keep your accommodations tidy and comfortable throughout your stay.

➤ We do charge $25 for an early check-in fee, and another $25 for a late check-out fee
➤ Unapproved late check-out will be charged $100
➤ These are energy-efficient ECO smart units- Nest Thermostats. The default temperature for AC is 72-75. The default temperature for heat is 68-72.
➤ We reserve the right to enter the unit with proper notice to fix or repair the unit.
➤ Pets are allowed

➤ Please note we do not give refunds or credits for non-use of the gym, pool, internet, or any other service that is out of our control. Also, we do not give refunds if you cancel and leave early. Thank you for booking with us.

➤Please keep in mind, that we have a strict no-party and no smoking/vaping policy with a violation fee starting at $300. Quite hours. Quite hours starts at 10 PM - 8 AM. Our policies are strictly enforced, and you may be asked to leave and be charged for the remaining nights of your reservation for policy violation

➤We have one actively recording camera inside of the front door which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device that actively records noise decibel levels; it does not record audio or video. Rest assured that we respect our guests' privacy, and the camera has been installed only for security.

➤A rental agreement must be signed by the guest reserving the property and will be automatically sent after you reserve the property. A government-issued ID will be required on the agreement.

➤Texas has bugs and they vary by the season. Notify us if you find any pest issues. We do not offer refunds for pests such as roaches, spiders, ants, flies, etc. We have routine pest control scheduled by professionals.
