Quiet neighborhood beautiful house

Nice place

The place was nice and clean and the backyard was great. We didn’t know how to turn the lights on in the backyard so we couldn’t use it at night. The only downside was the location. They had pit bulls running around the neighborhood and abandoned houses all over. But overall I really did like her property.

Amazing

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly like the pictures GORGEOUS. It was clean neat quiet and cozy. The pool was clean and fun the whole set up in the backyard was beautiful great for friends family partying etc… there were plenty of games for the children to enjoy. The house was close to downtown there were plenty of shopping centers near by. The owner was friendly and professional.Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be staying again in the near future!

I also love real estate and feel very happy sharing my properties/homes with guests, especially thrilled to be part of their vacation experience.

Some fun things: I lived in Norway for three years and Paris, France for a year and a half. I've written a novel and directed four films. I love to work out, jog in nature and experience life.

Why they chose this property

It was created with love and great attention to detail. I wanted to offer a place I could see myself spending time in, so i envisioned Sparhill Eden. It's multifaceted: a place to explore your fun side but also a place to get away and relax.

This property literally is a mini escape. It is enclosed for maximum privacy and the garden and amenities are chosen to feel a touch of Island paradise.

What makes this property unique

One of the unique elements in this house is the backyard. My concept was: create a place of respite for the guests. Create a space for friends to eat and talk together. Create a space where stories could be shared around the fire pit, the water from the fountain could inspire calm, the grill could invite people together, and the mini golf and pool could invite shared laughter and a smile.
