Perfect for location

We stayed here while our 12 yr old played at all star village. We all loved the convenience of the location to the ball park. It was super clean and comfortable. The beds were SO comfortable.

Cooperstown visit

The house is a reasonable distance from Dreams park. It was very clean and comfortable. Very grateful that we were able to bring the dog on vacation as he does not do well at kennels.

how was spotless, a lot of room, and extremely comfortable. it is about 20 mins from dreamspark but definitely worth the drive. if ever i come back i will stay again and i will be sure to tell my friends who are coming up to stay there

Convenient Location for All Star Village

If your child is playing at Cooperstown All Star Village, I highly recommend staying at this house. It's less than 5 miles away from the village, so extremely convenient to drive back and forth between games or if there's a rain delay. The house is spacious and clean with plenty of parking in the driveway. Just be aware that's it's on a main road so there is some noise from louder cars or trucks that drive by. It's pretty minimal at night though. All in all, it's a great property!
