Lovely cottage! Our whole family enjoyed the stay and the beach and swimming wss perfect for our little ones. Kayaks for use allowed us to see some awesome birding sites. Highly recommend for families!

Located close to Indian River town stores and restaurants. Boat rental is close by or at the other end of the lake depending on the type you are looking to use. House is very clean and has all you need. The bedroom on the first floor is small and the portable AC takes up some walking space. Very kind and honest host who provided us whatever we needed. Very happy and will book again.

Great stay!

Communication with the host was excellent, check in and check out was very easy. The cabin had everything that we needed for our stay and we really enjoyed it and we definitely would come back.

We enjoyed our stay! Due to time of year very few people staying, so it was great for our dogs! We had the area to ourselves! We brought our boat and did some fishing, and cruised down Indian River!

We had a wonderful stay. The lake view was absolutely beautiful! The house was amazing and so well kept and CLEAN. Our little dog loved the outdoor area especially walking the long dock. We will definitely be coming back to this charming waterfront cottage on Mullet Lake!

Wonderful vacation spot!

The 4 day stay was perfect for us and our dogs. The cottage is very basic but comfortable. There were a couple issues but communication with the property manager was excellent and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful,

Our family had a great time. It’s a nice spot on the lake, near the mouth of the Indian River. Amazing sunsets! The shoreline is rocky, but there is a hard sandy bottom a couple feet in. We have a small 18.5 bowrider, there is a mooring buoy near the end of the dock and a canal that borders the property for securing a boat. It was nice to be able to load up the boat for the day and not have to worry about weather at night. There is a fire pit and they provide kayaks. Inside was clean. There were a few portable AC units inside the cabin, which was a nice surprise. The property manager was available by phone and email; he was quick to respond and clear up a minor issue we had. There are two rental units on the property, so be prepared to share the space.

Beautiful Cottage

Jimmy was a wonderful host. He was always available and pleasant. The cottage was beautiful and clean. We had an amazing time! Would definitely book again!

The cabin was very clean and up to date with wi-fi and you tube tv. The place was very clean and had everything needed for a weeks stay, towels, paper towel, kitchen utensils etc. Being right on the lake was great! Loved the stay and plan to come back. Eric the property manager was very nice and was able to tell us about things to do in the area. Great experience!

Great views

This cottage has a great lakeside view of Mullet Lake. It's a very relaxing location. We think there could be a few more coffee mugs, and a few more upgrades that are needed.

This stay was fantastic!

This place was awesome and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay: cooking space and utensils, access to the lake, space for the kids, plenty of towels, Internet and tv, a kayak, a dock onto the lake, a porch swing… The fire pit and the sunset lake views made it extra magical. The only downside was the lack of ventilation/cooled air to the second story where most of the beds were. A big thank you to Jimmy for hosting us here and we are looking forward to our next planned stay here hopefully for our vacation next year.

Had a great view of the lake and easy to park your boat. I would recommend some non stick pot and pans. Eric was super helpful. Our rental buddies were awesome neighbors. Fishing was a bit hard but fun. Never saw a hail storm in June it was crazy. Thank you for the memories.

Our host Eric was very nice and accommodating. The property was right on the lake and had beautiful views. The cabin was nice, could use a few updates , but was cozy. You were close to any activities you were looking to do.

Amazing host, cabin & location. Very relaxing getaway! We are hoping to go again soon!

Host was easy to reach with any questions we had. Our family & dog were very relaxed & enjoyed the beautiful weather we had and even had a bonfire. The people in other cabins were very respectful we had children with us. Highly recommend!
