A wonderful property for a large family! This house is in a beautiful neighborhood with Publix, shops, and restaurants right down the road. We spent a lot of time enjoying the awesome pool & hot tub! We enjoyed seeing deer in the front yard early in the morning & the bedrooms were all very comfortable!

Everyone loves the hot tub and pool. The back yard is fantastic. Kids love the outdoor seating with the TV, wrapped in towels eating lunch and watching Bluey. They said that was a vacation. The house is plenty big enough for all nine of us, very spacious. Lot of local restaurants. If we are ever back in Charlotte we’ll definitely stay at this home.

Our family reunion was perfect with this property! Ages 2 through 88 had a wonderful time! There was plenty of room for anything we wanted to do! Meal prep was a breeze with the huge kitchen, the heated pool was a big hit, and a beautiful large covered patio for a few raindrops! Access to shopping, restaurants and the airport are convenient. Our host was very attentive! Would definitely stay again!

The house easily and comfortably handled our large group of 15. The dining room table was an amazing space for meals and the kids to play. Having 2 refrigerators was very helpful to keep groceries for such a lard crowd. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There were sufficient towels for all the bathrooms and the pool. The pool was the highlight for our group and all the umbrellas were appreciated so we had shady spots to cool off. The neighbors were accommodating and friendly. I have no reservations about recommending this home to other families for a getaway.

The house was perfect for our family get together for the 4th of July! Really appreciate how clean and well kept the entire house was. The layout and pictures were exactly as expected. It was in a very nice neighborhood location, and close to shopping centers. We had enough rooms and bathrooms for all, and it was very well spaced out. We enjoyed using both the kitchen nook and the separate dining room (and the extra fridge in the attached garage). It was very hot while we were there, so it was great that the separate garage (play area) was closed and had air conditioning so the kids could play ping pong, watch tv, etc. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well, but the water temperature was overly warm just due to the weather. Would definitely stay here again with a group this size.

Perfect for a large group!

The house and pool were beautiful! This house has not only enough rooms for everyone but the living and dining areas accommodated all 18 of us so well. This is also super close to a ton of restaurants and attractions/amenities. I’d definitely stay here again.

Large, comfortable, well appointed inside. Beautiful pool, hot tub, patios and landscaping. Deer everyday! Secluded yet close to anything you might want or need. We loved our stay.

Summer Family Reunion

We were well accommodated at this well-appointed property. Exceptional amenities, especially the pool, were a plus. The management approved our hosting a July 4 reunion with many Charlotte area family members. Everything went as planned. It was a perfect place for a large family gathering. We hope to return in the future.

Perfect Christmas weekend

My family and I booked this house for Christmas weekend so we could all spend the long weekend together. We absolutely LOVED this house! It was so spacious and there was plenty of space for everyone to fit comfortably. The host was always quick to respond whenever we had any questions. Highly recommend this house!

Perfect Vacation Home

I was able to celebrate my 30th birthday in this beautiful home. There is plenty of room indoors and out for everyone. Amazing backyard, porch, pool and garage area filled with games and plenty of seating. The inside of the house was well put together and held everyone comfortably.

Love this house!

We have traveled to Charlotte numerous times over the past few years and this has been our favorite property to stay in by far. We always book this house if it is available. It is spacious and it has an amazing backyard. The location is prime if you want to easily get around south Charlotte. The house manager, Terri, is delightful and easy to work with. We love it and you will too!

What a Place!

We were very excited to spend a weekend at this gorgeous property as the pictures looked phenomenal! When we arrived and entered the property we were ECSTATIC! The "WOW" Meter was maxed-out! Beautiful resort like property, fully equipped for our grandkids and our adult kids! The pool was really a HUGE hit for all of us and the yard and patio area was just so relaxing! The bedrooms were ALL fantastic and everyone liked their "assigned" rooms. In other words, there wasn't a bedroom that was considered a 'loser'. The kitchen was well equipped and offered such a great social area. We ate-in every night using the oven and had steaks on the grill and eggs and pancakes for breakfast. Just like being at home but a lot more swank! We loved this house and the Management Company was outstanding to deal with even though it was on a holiday weekend! All our questions were answered promptly and professionally. You just cannot lose renting this property! We'll be back!
