Sunny, bright, tranquil 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome in peaceful community. Very safe, quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, walking trails, movie theatre. Close to wineries, hospitals, downtown santa rosa. My townhome is located in quiet, safe, upscale pretty neighborhood. Great area for dogs and cats. Really nice clubhouse with two pools and jacuzzi, pool table, ping pong, tennis courts and a duck pond. It's a gorgeous spot!
