Clean your catch at the fish cleaning table with running water and a sink! Large bait freezer is in the carport next to the washer and dryer. Fenced in yard is great for pets or small children. New Tiki added for shade or great bbq lunch on the out dining table. Home is just walking distance to 3 restaurants, park, golf course, tennis courts and the Cabana Club included.Cabana Club which is a 15 minute walk from the home that will give you access to a private pool and beach.
