Perfect getaway

Check in process was flawless. Condo was simply perfect. Location was great and walking distance to many things besides the BEACH. So my teens had many options and did not have to wait for me to be able to go places. Will definitely book again and this management was excellent.

Wharf concert

My husband, daughters and I stayed at Breakers 61 during Labor Day weekend and to attend a concert at The Wharf. I’ve stayed at this property several times in the past, but never this unit. Unit was clean, updated and had all the amenities we could want or need for a quick weekend getaway!

Clean and well appointed condo

My teacher daughter and I spent a few days at this very nice, clean condo during her spring break. The condo was very clean. Beds were good, View is great. Older complex but this unit has been updated. Had a little problem with the door code but lady at LCV worked through it. Great location for groceries, and anything you might need. A word of caution for older guests, the toilets are very low. For senior citizens with knee issues that could be a problem.

Everything we needed

If you are looking for something affordable and clean that is close to everything this is the place for you. It’s a much older place that has an older smell in the elevator and room but really it wasn’t a deal breaker at all. The place is super clean. There’s a Walmart, Dairy Queen, CVS, Coastal’s and pretty much everything within walking distance. I would book here again. The beds were comfortable and thats always a plus. The only thing that we noticed that needed any attention is the blue chair in the living room seemed to be broken and the coffee table had duct tape on one end where apparently it had been broken but other than those couple of things it did not affect our stay at all. We were very happy and had a great time. Again, if you’re not looking for anything fancy and just want to get away for a little while this would be a pretty good spot.
