Aracari 27, a beautiful, brand-new two-suite condo located on the northern side of the island, next to the `happening` Palm Beach strip, the top floor condo is a 5 minutes drive away from the famous soft white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters of Palm Beach. Enjoy the stunning views of the famous Palm Beach sunset from the private rooftop terrace.The condo’s premium location offers easy access to an eclectic mix of shopping, dining, entertainment, gaming, and exciting nightlife.
[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.
[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.
[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them
[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
