Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. An international airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

What makes this property unique
Happy Hollow is part of the Park Place Condo Community. Uniquely located within the state park, it is the only destination where you have natural views of bluffs, trees, and water without the development found in nearly every shoreline of the lake. This area is perfect to get away from the "busy"ness of tourism while still having access to all the activities. You are 15 minutes from many attractions and the drive is a beautiful canopy tree road. The state park is 15 minutes to the boat ramp, beach, trails and more.
