Gulf Tide is a comfortable and soothing space to relax and enjoy your beach vacation. The property includes a beautiful pool with loungers, tables, grills, and a pool house. There is also a lovely gazebo to look out over the lakes. The condo includes many home-like amenities such as a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is a king-sized bed in the master, which includes a private bathroom with a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the second bathroom. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. There is plenty of space to gather together in the living room to watch television or chat when the day is done. The balcony is a favorite gathering place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Look out over the protected wetland/lakes area and enjoy the local wildlife and beautiful sunsets. There is a beach cart with chairs, an umbrella, and towels to make beach-going more comfortable and convenient! The complex has a private boardwalk for beach access just across the street.
Romar Lakes is a lower density condominium complex, so you can avoid that uncomfortable crowding. You have all of the convenience of being minutes from the white sands of the beach without the sky-high costs or the commotion of having the world right behind your vacation sanctuary!

Why they chose this property

This property is perfectly situated! It is close enough to the Gulf and beach that you can see glimpses of it from the back balcony and front deck. It is a short walk across at the signaled crosswalk to the Romar Lakes private boardwalk to the beach. You have the benefit of having the beach so close without the premium cost of booking a beachfront property. Instead of having your vacation "backyard" filled with other vacationers, you have the peace of the protected wetlands area that meanders into the Romar Lakes, and the splendid array of wildlife.

What makes this property unique

Romar Lakes has an outdoor pool, a pool house, and a lovely gazebo. You can grill poolside, then take a dip! The lakes are stocked with fish, so you don't have to wait until you get to a pier, dock, or charter to cast out a line. It is a great family environment, and is so close to all that the Orange Beach community has to offer.
