SPEND THE COOLER MONTHS AT THE BEACH! GREAT RATES!

NO PETS! Sugar Beach Condos. Newly renovated Condo. Come to relax on our beautiful beaches. FREE WI-FI. Smart TVs with Netflix streaming. Very family oriented area, with lots of activities. Located on the East side of building with view of the ocean from the covered balcony. It has a very beachy decor. Kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could need. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the condo. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the sofa sleeper is also Queen size. Smart tv’s with Netflix are in the living room and spare bedroom.
The complex is directly on the Gulf of Mexico with 4 pools (1 heated, 1 kiddie) with bathrooms nearby. A snack bar is open during the summer months that serves a wide variety of snacks, from burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, candy, soft drinks to alcoholic beverages. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up and available for rent on the beach, or you can bring your own. There is a place to wash the sand off when returning from the beach. The pool area has 3 gazebos providing shade for those who want to be out of the sun while watching their children in the pools or enjoying a picnic lunch. There is also a charcoal grill, picnic tables, shuffleboard and a tennis court on the property.

Orange Beach is a centrally located area that is near several championship golf courses, as well as miniature golf, zoo, amusement parks, water park, outlet mall and an amphitheater at the Wharf that hosts many big name concerts. The Fort Morgan Historical site is nearby with a ferry that takes you to Dauphin Island. There are many great dining options at every price point. It's just a 45 minute drive to the Pensacola Naval Air Base, home of the Blue Angels. Come and see all the area has to offer.

ADULTS AND FAMILIES ONLY POLICY PROHIBITS RENTAL TO SINGLE ADULTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25.

The deposit of $150 is NON REFUNDABLE . The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to renting. If the rental is cancelled before the 30 day mark you will receive a full refund minus the $150 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If the rental is cancelled after the 30 day mark you will forfeit the full rental. There is a parking fee of $35 CASH per vehicle due when you arrive.

Phenomenal Property

This is bar far one of the best units/properties we have stayed. The unit was especially awesome. It was very clean, functional, and well decorated. Will definitely be looking to stay again.

The condo was incredibly clean and the access to the beach was wonderful! Marianne was easy to get in touch with if any issues arised. We had an issue with a clogged sink and she got that taken care of quickly. The coffee pot did give out on us mid-week which was super disappointing and the AC unit abruptly stopped working the last night we were there, which made for an uncomfortable sleep before traveling in the car all day the next day with two littles. We loved the direct access to the beach front - it made going to and from the beach so easy with two little ones in tow. Overall a good stay despite a couple snafus.

Great stay, would book again!

Our group of three 30 year old females stayed here for a long weekend. Excellent location. Loved the balcony and view. We made ourselves feel right at home. We were able to contact our host to check in early which was a plus. I would book this property again.

Birthday Getaway

This is an adorable condo with everything you would need for a weekend away included. The decor is cute and whimsical. I came with my daughter and her friend for just two night, but it was just what we needed to refresh and renew ourselves. We will definitely book here again.

Such a great location! The condo was extremely clean upon arrival, Marriene was easy to get in contact and keep in touch, and KP the sercurity guard was great!! You can’t beat the location and the short walk to get to the beach. Definitely will be coming back to stay next down at the beach!

Wonderful Experience

The property was wonderful - very clean and nice decorations. The check in process was easy. I would recommend bringing a fan to help drown out some of the breezeway noise at night.

Mini vacation

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean! We would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is there was no mention of a $30 parking fee per car in the listing. The parking is covered so your car isn’t baking in the sun and the parking lot does have security.

This is a family owned unit, originally purchased in 2004. It is owned by 2 siblings. We strive to keep the condo clean, fresh and up to date at all times and resolve any problems quickly.

Why they chose this property

Although older than many of the high rises, the complex is very well maintained and has lots of amenities, such as tennis courts, shuffleboard, charcoal grill with picnic tables. The pools and beach are beautiful. There is even a snack bar (The Sugar Shack) at the pool for burgers, chips and drinks. There are lots of family activities in the area as well as great dining options and shopping.
