We had a fantastic week at this house! Thank you guys so much!There were a couple of things I’d want to have known going into it, but Anthony was very responsive, very quickly. - The AC did not keep up during the heat of the day. It always caught up at night to the set 70 degrees, but increased throughout each day to peak at 79 late in the afternoons. We were comfortable with the temperature since there were fans in each room. - The grill was great, but the propane was empty, so if you’re arriving at dinner time expecting to grill, be prepared to run out for that. - I was hoping to utilize some of the games that they claimed to have a variety of, but when we went to play, there was only two games and one puzzle. It’s something, but I would have brought some more if I knew that.Some nice perks:The supply of detergents was especially appreciated, dishwasher and washing machine.The neighborhood was residential and very safe to walk/run. I went out every morning from 6-7am, so it’s really nice from an activity standpoint. Blender in the kitchen was great, the coffee machine did drip and Keurig!

Perfect spot in Polk County

My family and I stayed here to visit family and move our son into college. This house was completely remodeled and finished with beautiful high end finishes. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a relaxing and peaceful time here. We will definitely book again because it is so close to our family and friends.

If only the hot tub were hot.

The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our visit. However, we really can’t comment much on the amenities because we primarily used it as a crash pad while participating in a two-day endurance race. The biggest downside—and the reason we booked this house in the first place—was the hot tub. Unfortunately, it was only 83 degrees, which made it unusable after our grueling race days. We had planned to soak and recover each night, but that wasn’t possible. Had the hot tub been working properly, this would have been a 5-star stay.

Quick Trip to FL

We enjoyed our peaceful time at the home. The home is very well kept - the rooms, the kitchen, the shared living spaces are all very welcoming and comfortable. The area is quiet, and we barely heard any neighbours the whole time we were there. The pool does need some repairs to the bottom surface, but otherwise super clean and refreshing. We spent most days outside in the pool from sun up to sun down. The patio furniture needs some attention - I'm sure it's hard to keep things nice for long during the hot damp summers, but the cushions definitely need an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was nice. We brought our family dog with us, and she enjoyed the fully fenced in yard. Some of the automated messages were incorrect with regards to the garbage procedures, but the host was quick to respond and provide updated/accurate instructions.

Great vacation house!

We had a wonderful stay. We especially loved the layout of the house. The kitchen and dining room are in the center of the house. There are two living rooms and two bedrooms off of each. This was perfect for our group so that the younger kids could play video games and watch what they liked in the one living room while the “grown-ups” could have a separate area to get away or go to bed early and not be disturbed. We also really liked the different access points to the pool area (3 doors go out to the pool area). The pool has a nice waterfall that runs on a timer. The owner was quick to respond to any issues. The washer and dryer were high quality and used every day. There were also some board games such as a Lakeland Monopoly game that added a nice touch. The fridge was a huge hit with the kids. It has a camera that you can see inside and a touchscreen with games and some drawing/art capabilities. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes etc. We would definitely stay again!

Listing was NOT accurate

Listing and pictures are not accurate. The owner tried to make excuses and tried to address discrepancy but really did not do a good job. Pool is not well kept - there are chunks of cement missing at the bottom so you have to be careful not to trip as you walk in the pool / 1 Bedroom had a Twin size bed instead of Queen size bed / Front lawn had old broken furniture the whole time we were staying in the house / Mailbox was broken and the metal door was just hanging open exposing the mail. I would not recommend this location, but that is just my experience.

Would not host this guest again. They complained about everything when the pictures described the home accurately. Please check the other reviews. This is a 500k home in an excellent neighborhood. This is a prime example of you cannot please everyone no matter how hard you try. We offer full refunds to anyone who walks into our homes if they don't like it, you don't have to stay.
