Park your car and enjoy walking the streets of this quaint village! Close to Mystic and Watch Hill, RI. Enjoy this 1 Bedroom cottage modernized with all the conveniences of home. 'The Boathouse' cottage has 1 BR with a queen-size bed, an open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A dining area with a window seat that can comfortably seat six people. The counter area has 2 bar chairs for casual seating. In the adjacent living room, you'll find a new pull-out sofa, a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, DVD, and stereo. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of shelf storage and a washer/dryer for added convenience. The Loft has a custom ships ladder that provides easy access for additional storage.

The cottage has a full kitchen (pots, pans, silver, and dishes provided), stove. Refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. All linens and beach towels provided. Outside patio/seating area with Gas Grill. 2 Paddleboards available. Off-street parking for one car.

We feel fortunate to be able to live in this historic village on the water where we can park our car and walk to almost everything we need! This area has everything - history, culture, fitness, shopping, and plenty of beautiful areas to relax. This is a fabulous place to visit with many attractions Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport 15 minute drive -historic sites, galleries, tons of restaurants. Westerly/Watch Hill offers more restaurants, shopping, the historic Ocean House, and beautiful beaches. The casinos offers indoor activities with great concerts and comedy offerings.
