Elegant condominium, completely renovated and updated, overlooking beautiful New Smyrna Beach! Take in the breathtaking oceanfront views, enjoy magnificent sunrises, and watch dolphins play in the surf while relaxing with your morning coffee! Enjoy the newly refinished garage roof that has tennis, pickle ball and a basket ball hoop.

This condominium is part of the Sunrise community which offers two elevators, a swimming pool with large ocean front deck, gas grill, and shuffle board. The bulletin board often announces community activities such as pool aerobics and local "ladies luncheons." Walk just a couple minutes south for beach yoga or north for a newly built community park. This is the tranquil escape you've been looking for!

The Sunrise community is home to a few locals and otherwise a quiet vacation retreat for guests. There are no loud/late parties allowed- violators will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Smoking is not allowed in or around any unit. October through May is Sea Turtle Nesting Season- window coverings must be used on the windows facing the ocean at night.

Our stay was great, and enjoyed by all of us. We loved the beach and pool, and being able to use the kitchen. The recommended local dining places from the Property Manager were helpful. It was a great place to stay and celebrate, spending time together.

The property was very nice. They provided laundry and paper products essentials, which made our stay easier. There could be a few more items in the kitchen to assist with meal preparation, such as glass containers, cheese grater, etc.

The view of the ocean was outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice dishes and pots and pans. No scratched skillets! The bathrooms were clean and linens very soft. A very nice unit in a very nice area. Quiet and clean pool. We will definitely be back.

Loved the property and our unit. Unit was spacious, clean, beautiful and fully stocked. The owners even permitted us to use all their beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach wagon, beach towels, etc. The property was well kept and clean. Best Ocean view | Elegant | Amazing | Outstanding place ever!

My husband and I are obsessed with this place! We went there to celebrate my 50th bday. The best place for paddle board, long board and body board in Florida! The apt is fully renovated, elegant, electric curtains which we used to open as soon as our eyes were opened. There are tons of good restaurants in downtown with wonderful food and wonderful environment. Don't forget to try french bakery called mon delice! ohh la la!! We felt like home, we can all in this planet could live in this unit forever! :) We will be back! Love love love!

Outside of property very old and disappointed that view to left was blocked by wall and to right is another old building and your looking at their ac units on roof. Building sea wall too which owner can’t help but as we walked down the beach the ugly wall just reminded me of how it used to be as I spent summers there growing up. The INSIDE of the unit was just wonderful. Very clean, spacious, nice cookware, great cart to use on beach. Loved it. Pool was very nice and big but rusty pool equipment close by was such an eyesore. As owner I’d be talking to that condo board.

Perfection

Everything you could think of has been provided. We cooked often, and all we needed as far as equipment was available. Lovely, clean condo. (ALL I could ask for might be a full length mirror) Beautiful direct oceanfront view. We had planned a relaxing getaway with daily beach walks, but due to the hurricane a few weeks prior, there was no easy beach access. We had to drive about a mile and find parking. If that is important to you, check to make sure the beach access has been repaired. I'm sure it might already be as I write this. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area, went to Orlando for shopping, and to Cape Canaveral to watch a rocket launch at Jetty Park and saw lots of cruise ships leaving. We can't wait to bring our adult twins back soon to stay in this amazing condo.

Fabulous Condo and Convenient Location

The condo was wonderful and just as described in the VRBO App and Josiah the Property Manager was very helpful and accommodating! I saw in a previous review someone said a full length mirror would be nice and I would love to suggest that an Iron and Ironing board would be extremely helpful for travelers whose things are wrinkled from being in their suitcases! Other than that you would be a fool not to rent this place! The condo is an outside entry so if you like the security of entering a building and accessing your condo from the inside this is not that type of building. Once you are inside the condo you will be pleased with your choice everything it has to offer is amazing! We enjoyed our week long stay the last week of April! Make sure you check out Norwoods Treehouse Restaurant and BlackBeards as well! Both excellent choices for Dinner. We also enjoyed Izzy’s Ice cream and Taco’s right up the street for lunch and a sweet treat in the evenings! Beautiful sunrises from our balcony and easy beach access!
