Cozy and bright 3-bedroom 2-bath home with a fenced in backyard, patio, BBQ grill and back porch. ChargePoint Level-2 EV Charging Station set up to provide 48 Amp charging (guest pays for actual usage as tracked in the ChargePoint App). Located in a safe neighborhood great for walking. Fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and Amazon Fire TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. Conveniently located in the northwest area of Raleigh. Close to the Angus Barn, many restaurants, shopping, groceries and entertainment. Please message the host to confirm all pet needs.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before leaving, please take a few minutes to write a note in our guest book (it should be on or around the kitchen desk). We’d love to hear about your stay!
Please hang damp/wet towels on hooks so they don’t sour. Place all used dry towels in the hallway bathtub. It is not necessary to strip the beds. We take care of all linen and towel washing.

Our family has owned this home since it was built in 2008. Over the years, it has proven to be a convenient location in a nice neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

The house is approximately 1300 sq ft. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a small porch off of the kitchen and a patio with a picnic table and umbrella. The back yard is fenced in and we are pet friendly!
