The view from the deck was amazing. Although we could hear the freeway thru the trees it was still a pleasant stay just relaxing and watching the birds come to the feeder. It was spacious and exactly what we needed. The only negative or draw backs were the showers were dirty in inside on the floor like someone had taken a shower that morning and rushed out; there was good in the fridge and freezer taking up all the space and we didn't know if it was from the previous renters or if someone was living there; and there was dog hair throughout the house on the floor which wasn't really an issue because I have dogs it was just unexpected. Communication with the hosts was easy and timely. Overall I would be inclined to stay there again.
We spent four days at the lovely river cabin. The river was relaxing and peaceful.
It had everything we needed, and it was close to several points of interest. The cabin was easy to find and well-appointed.
We had a great stay.
We loved staying here and felt an amazing level of comfort while we were there. The location was perfect for us while we are in the Rogue Valley/Southern Oregon. We hope to return soon!
We loved our river stay with our little family. It was comfortable, absolutely gorgeous, and homey. The location was spectacular for our visit. Right in between family on both sides! Communication from our hosts was easy and fast! Would love to stay again!

Thank you for staying with us and for being so communicative. Hope you had a good trip home.
House very nice, property dead and dying vegetation 😣
The house was clean and comfortable. The deck and view of the Rogue River was wonderful. The front and backyard were dried up and neglected, with a 55 gallon rusted barrel containing dead yard material on its side in the front “yard”. It was very unpleasant to take my dog outside because of foxtails and the dead vegetation.

Misled
Owners misled us. Or they misled VRBO. Be aware of this property. There is, in fact, no safe way down to the river. If you want a river view only then this would be ok. They knew we wanted river ACCESS. The deck area was filthy and filled with spiderwebs-the refrigerator had not been cleaned out. We stayed for about 30 minutes (speaking with VRBO and attempting to speak w/the hosts) then left for a hotel. Yet we were still charged for a days stay-a cleaning fee- & a pet fee. This was a birthday celebration and it was absolutely ruined. Again…river View ok place to stay. River access? You’ll not get that here. .
The house was very welcoming. It was great until the deck collapsed. My husband, son, dogs, and myself went crashing down. It was terrifying.

Thank you for your kind words. It must have been terrible and we are sorry that this awful accident happened on your last day while you were relaxing. Rest assured that we are taking immediate steps to make the necessary repairs.
In the meantime, I hope you are recovering from the shock of it all and will still have some pleasant memories from your stay.
Our host was very accommodating, great presentation upon arriving. The place is very clean and comfortable and clean is a big thing for me. It’s pet friendly and they obviously care about the birds and the surroundings. watching the wildlife on the rogue, mommy deer and baby deer and the birds , feel very blessed to have been there. We would recommend it to others.

Thank you for the kind review and for taking care of our home away from home. So glad you enjoyed all the wildlife, they make up a big part of why we love spending time up here.
We had a wonderful stay with ours dogs. Great fenced yard, plenty of parking, and great location. The Mexican restaurant down the street has great food.
