The popular walking/biking path is about 50 steps from the back door of the property, so taking a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the sanctuary is a daily event! Ready to hit the beach? Grab your chair and flip flops - it will take you 3 minutes to get to your favorite spot on the beautiful and pristine 25th street beach from the front door of this condo.
