Additionally, please ensure that any outdoor furniture or fire pit you utilize is covered or closed. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of $100.
Thoroughly clean the grille using the grille spray cleaner located in the bottom compartment. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee of $100.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
