Why they chose this property
This property was designed and furnished with the discerning guest in mind and ensuring comfort every step of the way. It is meant to be a space where people gather, enjoy their time, relax and feel at home. This home was meticulously and extensively remodeled in 2021 but has not lost its historic charm. It has a modern farmhouse look and feel and is an inviting space to gather and relax for families & friends. With 3 bedrooms and spacious living areas it is well suited for 6-8 people. The living, dining and outdoor spaces are inviting and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and has a little coffee bar.
Note: this property was previously managed by a rental company and have excellent 4.92 star reviews. Since switching management to a new account those reviews were lost but are available upon request.
There is a small studio apartment in the basement of this home (also available for rent) It has a separate entrance and its own outdoor space and parking. Should you need extra space for your party please let me know!

It sits in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and is only a short walk from Main Street downtown. there are lots of great restaurants in the area and many stores conveniently located close by. The location offers easy access to main roads and Interstate 70. Grand Junction is the gateway to many adventures in the area.
