About this property

Costa Del Sol By Casanita - Oceanfront Lux Suite

Summary:

Imagine waking twelve floors up at Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower with the Atlantic filling every window — the unbroken view guests come back for. Costa Del Sol is a fully renovated, designer-styled suite — 21st Avenue restaurants three minutes south, Convention Center ten north. Right for a birthday beach escape, a honeymoon week, or a golf trip with the guys. The Casanita Guest Guide reads like a friend's recommendation thread — chef-run kitchens and the day plans worth carving the time.

The Space:

Costa Del Sol sits twelve floors up at Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower, and the view is the headline — the Atlantic fills the windows from arrival, an unbroken oceanfront panorama that reads bigger every morning. A privately owned suite, not a hotel room — the owners furnished it with care, and we look after it the way they'd want. The living room reads as a small lounge: a sectional that pulls out to a queen sleeper, a 50-inch Smart TV, and ambient LED lighting warming the room at dusk.

Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower is a compact Art Deco-inspired building with free parking at the door and the beach right outside — no streets to cross. Inside, the suite has been fully renovated with modern coastal styling — a full kitchen built for an actual meal, with stainless steel appliances, LED accents, and a Keurig already loaded for the morning. A built-in workstation with HDMI and USB makes it easy to mix a few work hours with long afternoons on the sand. The bathroom reads clean — a full bathtub set against crisp white tile, with hotel-quality toiletries. The bedroom is straightforward — a King with a wide ocean window above the bed, direct balcony access, and an electric fireplace for cooler nights. Linens and towels are luxury-hotel-spec — the kind of plush you notice stepping out of the shower.

Outside, the resort delivers the full water-feature lineup: outdoor pool, lazy river, two hot tubs, and an indoor heated pool for cooler weather. The oceanfront deck has tables, lounge chairs, and palm-shaded sitting under umbrellas. Celebration Packages are on the menu — balloons, decorations, and personal touches for the milestone moments worth marking.

The walkable lineup is the trip — Starbucks two or three blocks south, the 21st Avenue restaurants right after, the Convention Center ten minutes north. Second Avenue Pier, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the SkyWheel sit further south — a short drive or a long beach walk.

Guest Access:

The entire suite is yours — one bedroom, one bath, a private oceanfront balcony, full kitchen with workstation, and a living room with a sectional sofa and a queen sleeper. Use of the resort water features: outdoor pool, lazy river, two hot tubs, and the indoor heated pool. One parking pass — free lot in front of the building or covered garage across the street.

The Neighborhood:

Conveniently situated oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Other Things to Note:

This condo was designed with YOU in mind — every detail considered, every comfort accounted for. Wake to the Atlantic, take coffee on the balcony, end the day with the LEDs warming the living room — that's how the family who owns Costa Del Sol uses the space, and that's how we want you to use it. We're a quick text away when you need us, and out of your way when you don't.

Your door code arrives on check-in day and everything is waiting inside — Casanita K-cups and Café Bustelo, specialty tea, oatmeal, breakfast bars, and popcorn, hotel-quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion), and luxury-hotel-spec linens and towels we'd want for ourselves. Four bath towels per bathroom; stays of four nights or longer get a complimentary refresh during business hours. Pool towels stocked in-suite April 1 – September 30, by request the rest of the year. High-speed WiFi throughout; one parking pass. The Casanita Excursions Guide is on hand — locally written, leaning toward the tours and experiences that justify the time away from the suite. A site just south of the building has begun construction, so daytime noise is possible during normal working hours.

Friendly reminder: this is a smoke-free home, the booking guest must be 21 or older, and Boardwalk's pool bands are waiting in the suite when you arrive. The monthly Boardwalk access code arrives the day of check-in with your door code.

Interaction with Guests:

We're hands-on and responsive — reach out anytime during your stay. One note: a property just south of Boardwalk has ongoing construction activity. We don't control off-site work, but you may hear intermittent noise during normal daytime hours. We share this for transparency so there are no surprises.
