A Great Stay at Day

The Day House was clean and comfortable, and in a convenient but quiet country location. Communication with the owner was good; he responded quickly to my texts and dropped by early in the week to welcome us and assure us he was available to help if we needed anything (we didn’t). I’ll definitely look to stay here if I’m in the area in the future!

House is very spacious with beautiful views. Meticulously clean and organized. Convenient location to Dreams Park and Cooperstown. Homeowner close by and easy to communicate with. House had everything we needed for a week of baseball and fun!

This clean, well maintained home accommodated 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was complete, appliances all worked well, the towels were new and fluffy and the yard was big enough for the kids to play whiffle ball. Tim was a friendly host. He told us some fun places for dinner. We highly recommend the Day House !
