Great house for a group of families staying together for a week at Dreams Park. Great location and lots of room for everyone. We especially loved the outside for the kids to play and be able to have a team gathering. House was clean and host is very responsive and helpful!

Great location! 5mins to CDP, 10 to HOF. A DG was across the street which was convenient. 5 families, 13 total people and never felt crowded. Clean rooms and comfortable beds Brand new bbq grill.

Great place to stay on your Cooperstown dream park trip!

Great stay, lots of space, comfortable beds, and perfect location to get to Cooperstown Dream Park! The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and Paul was a fantastic host.

Great for 4-5 baseball team families!

Great location very close to field of dreams! Dollar general across street and grocery close too. House had everything we needed - they even left extra coffee, shampoo, and such from previous family which we appreciated! We all had a great time and loved the house!

Great clean house

Had plenty of supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms, towels, blankets and space. Loved that there are hampers in each room. It reminded me of my grandmas old farmhouse that was built about the same time as that one. Overall a great house!

Amazing house and location

The house was clean and spacious with a great layout for our four families. Each family could have their own space while still enjoying a great amount of common space. Location to town and Cooperstown Dreams Park was excellent! The owner was very helpful, quick to respond and friendly.

Great Place for Large - Very Close to Cooperstown

We had a get-together of our immediate family from all over the country to meet in Cooperstown, and this was a perfect place of us with a cozy living room, dining room and kitchen. We had a lot to catch-up on and it has a warm, homey atmosphere which was ideal. We couldn't have had the same experience in a hotel.

Perfect location for golf trip

Close to ommegang to take cabs and we walked to council rock brewery the second night. Big yard plenty of beds for our 8 person golf trip. 10 min to and from leather stocking made it easy
