Pros: close to town, comfortable beds, courteous property managerCons: horrible roads, brackish water for showering, poor attitudes from the owners, misinformation about # of roomsThank you Mr Clarke (property manager's husband), he was the best interaction I had since communication with Villa Bella Vita. It was a challenge from the beginning, the road that leads to VILLA BELLA VITA is unpaved, uneven, hills, no signs and loaded with craters, it was rough trying to avoid ditches to get to the house in dark.Thankful Mr. Clarke guided us to the house via cellphone. Only two bed rms have locked doors, and an open room at the frout entrance a queen size bed sits behind a divider, which doesn't extend to the ceiling or wall to wall, no privacy allowed and double size futon in living room. The house water has foul odor and brackish taste, we were forced to purchase jugs of water to bath and brush our teeth. The only televisión in the front room, offered live televisión of local channels but none were accesible for viewing during our stay. I asked Mr Clarke about the absence of the third bedroom as per advertised. The owners gave us the option to stay that night then find another place to best suite our needs along with refund. I was disappointed. We had three young children also we were unfamiliar with the island. GIVING US NO CHOICE BUT TO ENDURE FOR OF THE MOST HORRIFIC DAYS OF OUR LIVES, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VILLA BELLA VITA; UNLESS IT IS TO STAY AWAY FROM!
