The home

This entire home in Santa Rosa Beach offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is available for up to 15 guests. The home has been remodeled and is designed to support group stays with multiple living areas, reliable WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a dedicated workspace. Long-term stays are allowed, making it suitable for extended visits as well as short beach getaways.

Outdoor spaces are set up for relaxed coastal days, with a pool, lounge seating, patio or balcony, and outdoor furniture. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request from October through May, with a nightly fee applying. A BBQ grill supports casual outdoor meals, and the covered balcony offers a comfortable spot to gather throughout the day.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for shared meals, with space for preparing everything from simple breakfasts to group dinners. A dining table anchors the space, while full laundry facilities help keep longer stays comfortable and convenient.



Beach access and getting around

Beach access is a short three-minute walk away, making it easy to head out whenever the mood strikes. Beach essentials are provided for your use. A golf cart is available with an e-sign waiver required, and golf cart rental is optional, offering a convenient way to get around and transport beach gear. Free parking on premises is available.
