Great family home to rent for your vacation! Our house sleeps 20 guests. This is THE house for your family. Our beach is private and amazing. Two access points to reach the beach and our access only has a few steps up and down.

This home has a huge great room with vaulted ceilings - terrific for socializing and family gatherings. Kids will love the private pool (15 x 24) with lots of decking, and outdoor hot/cold shower. There is a gas grill on the lower level along with a GREEN EGG!
There are 8 adult and 4 kid bikes for your use. Lock combination is 5366.
Two large bedrooms (each with a private bathroom) on the upper level. On the main level there are five bedrooms (each with a private bathroom). First room is a bunk room (#1) with two sets of bunk beds with it's own bath/shower. Also in the downstairs gathering area, there is a Flat Screen TV for the kids to watch. There are flat screen SMART TVs with Amazon Firesticks or Roku in all bedrooms except bunk. The second bedroom (#2) is a king with its own bath/shower. The third bedroom (#3) is a king with its own bath/shower. The fourth bedroom (#4) is a double queen with its own bath/shower just five feet away. The fifth and last bedroom (#5) on main level is a king with its own bath/shower. There is door to the lower level area outside from this bedroom. Upstairs to the left is another double queen bedroom (# 6) with its own bath with tub and shower. The last bedroom (#7) is a king with its own bath with tub and shower. There are two washer and dryers, One stackable unit is on the main level and another upstairs. Both are new, purchased in May 2024.
This home has two side decks and a large screened porch with a beach view. There are 9 flat screen TVs. All TVs also have Amazon Firesticks or Roku.
There is NO on-street parking in the neighborhood. If you are not renting in our neighborhood, there is nowhere to park. The only street parking is construction during the day.
PLEASE NOTE - GOLF CART RENTALS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AS OF MARCH 2022. THEY WILL BE TOWED WITHOUT A GULF TRACE OWNER'S STICKER.

We are the Coopers and love our beach house in Gulf Trace! We live in Atlanta, GA and have three daughters. I have a great staff that help me take care of our property. We came to this area in 2004 and fell in love with Grayton Beach and were fortunate to find our house in our private neighborhood.
