HIGHLIGHTS

Nocturna Sahara is our second design project in Mexico. We custom-designed nearly every piece of furniture, collaborating with local artisans. Here are some highlights of the space:

★ Rejuvenate in heated sunken saltwater pools below 2-story Moroccan arches (one on each side of the house)
★ Cool off in the 2 private rooftop plunge pools
★ We're fans of craft cocktails and include a self-serve cocktail bar so you can whip up a nice drink anytime of day. You supply the liquor, we supply some liqueurs, bitters, and bar tools
★ Cook or allow our personal chef to prepare your meals in the fully-equipped kitchens with gas range. Nespresso machines, capsules, coffee, tea, and spices included. There's also a Ninja blender if you want to make yourself fresh juices or shakes
★ Work from home with 200mbps fiber optic mesh wifi
★ Savor sunsets from the private rooftop lounge with a gas fire pit and spectacular views of Tulum National Park
★ There are yoga mats available for use. Beautiful spots on the rooftop for sunrise yoga. Private instructor available upon request

LOCATION
This is a uniquely secluded and magical place to stay in Tulum—close to nature and history, yet walking distance to downtown's restaurants and bars. Playa Paraiso and the Tulum ruins are less then 10 minutes away by bike. From the property, you're within a 10-min walk to downtown Tulum, including groceries, restaurants, bars, etc. The development is very safe, surrounded by an electric fence with gated entrance and a 24-hour security guard, so only registered guests and owners can enter. As soon as you exit the development, there is a police checkpoint on the main road. We highly recommend biking in Tulum, but there’s dedicated parking if you decide to rent a car. We can also provide a private driver or numbers for some local taxis, though you’ll usually get the best price hailing a taxi on the street.
